  11. To everyone who was pissed off with my advice to the guy asking the 
  12. original question in this thread: I am sorry you don't like my code; as 
  13. much as I am saddened that this is just another group of narcissistic 
  14. coders, I must admit that I was wrong in posting a "platform specific" 
  15. snippet here, I didn't realize so many people would spend time thrasshing 
  16. my friendly advice. I was at fault for not paying much attention to which 
  17. group I was in (I only subscribe to a few so I was only thinking that it 
  18. was "one of the C groups") - from now on I will post only ANSI standard 
  19. compliant questions and answers. I will leave this short, having said my 
  20. piece, so that this thread can end. cya,
